Code of Ethics

The purpose of the Code of Ethical Conduct is to explain, guide and encourage the members of the Board of Directors and Executive Officers, as well as all Cosan’s employees, to adopt and practice behaviors and attitudes guided by ethical principles in their work routine. The objective is to preserve and strengthen Cosan’s institutional image and achieve its strategic goals.

Adhesion to the Code and compliance with its principles contribute to the consolidation of Cosan’s position, reinforcing its commitment with sustainability, corporate responsibility and good management practices.
