COSAN employs a planning system comprising the optimization of a monthly harvest program, a method consisting of determining the ideal month for cutting, taking into account a set of criteria.
Such system allows to simulating different scenarios, assessing raw materials technological parameters, production, costs and operating margin, which enables a better cultivation exploration.
