Professionalism
COSAN has a modern, professionalized management, and invests in a continuous improvement of its agricultural, industrial and administrative processes. In the 2006/07 harvest season, the Company invested more than R$ 700,000 in scholarships for undergraduate and post-graduate courses for its employees.
Code of Ethics
The purpose of the Code of Ethics is to explain the standards, values and behavior expected of all COSAN Group board members, executives and employees and encourage their application in all aspects of business conduct in order to preserve and strengthen the Group’s institutional image and help it achieve its strategic objectives.
It contains elements that serve as a reference for the moral and ethical conduct governing all attitudes and decisions taken by the Group companies.
Adherence to and compliance with the code will also help consolidate the Group’s position, strengthening its commitment to sustainability, corporate responsibility and good management practices.
