A joint venture between Cosan and Shell, Raízen is Brazil’s fourth-largest company by revenue, Brazil’s second-largest fuel distribution company, a leading manufacturer of sugarcane ethanol in Brazil and the largest individual sugar exporter in the global market.

Compass Gás e Energia is Cosan’s newest company, created to provide gas and energy solutions in Brazil. Focused in four pillars: INFRASTRUCTURE which brings natural gas from the pre-salt offshore reserves and international markets; DISTRIBUTION relying on Brazil’s largest natural gas distribution company, ComgásGENERATION converting natural gas into electricity; and TRADING of gas and electricity, powering industries and businesses.

One of Brazil’s largest lubricant companies, Moove is a global producer and distributor of Mobil, Comma and professional brands. In Brazil, we focus on Mobil-brand lubricant production and distribution, distribution of base oils, in addition to the Zip lube franchise network specializing in automotive services.

Today, Rumo is Latin America’s largest logistics operator, with an independent railway base, and offering a broad range of rail transportation logistics services, port loading, and storage. The four railway concessions we operate are in the States of Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, São Paulo and the States of Brazil’s south region (Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul).


Cosan Limited (CZZ), listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) since 2007, is the holding company responsible for capital allocation and asset portfolio management. Its direct subsidiaries, Cosan S.A. (CSAN3) and Cosan Logística S.A. (RLOG3), are listed on the B3 Novo Mercado segment, meaning these companies must meet Brazil’s highest corporate governance standards.
