By e-mail through the Pre-Service channel : PreAtendimentoEscritural@itau-unibanco.com.br, where the client receives instruction on how to:

• Update Individual and Legal Entity Registration Data, Research Shareholding Position, Shareholding Evolution and Payment Statement (for Individuals), and  Download Income Tax Reports (for Individuals and Legal Entities)

Itaú account holders may check their shareholding position through the Bankline channel using the route below:

Menu > Investimentos > Extrato de Investimentos > Produto > Ações escrituradas pelo Itaú > Extrato de movimentação > Fill out the required fields

In addition, shareholders with Android mobile phones can update their registration data through the Íon application, using the route below:

Access the ÍON app > Click on the “perfil” (profile) option on the upper right corner of the screen > Click on “minha conta” (my account) > Click on “Atualize seu cadastro escritural” (update registration)
