Disclosure Committee

The Disclosure Committee is responsible for advising the Investor Relations Officer (IRO) on decisions regarding the disclosure of information to the market and other decisions attributed to the IRO by Policies or applicable rules, among other responsibilities.

The Disclosure Committee will consist of up to five members, elected by the Board of Directors for a two-year term of office, renewable at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

At Cosan since 2015, with solid experience as a lawyer in corporate law, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions, financial operations, and capital markets.
