Management and Committes

The Trading and Disclosure Committee is responsible for advising the Investor Relations Officer (IRO) on decisions regarding the disclosure of information to the market and other decisions attributed to the IRO by Policies or applicable rules, among other responsibilities.

The Trading and Disclosure Committee will consist of up to five members, elected by the Board of Directors for a two-year term of office, renewable at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Professional Experience − Worked between 2014-2022 in the treasury departments of Santander and Bradesco banks, as well as experience as an engineer at the Vinci group at the beginning of the career. Current Positions − Currently serves as Executive Manager of IR & ESG, Treasury, and Insurance, and as a member of the Trading and Disclosure Committee at Cosan S.A.

Date of Birth: 08/09/1991 (34 years old) Academic Background − Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with a postgraduate degree in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa – INSPER. Professional Experience − Worked in law firms in the areas of banking and capital markets from 2010 to 2015. At Cosan since 2015, with solid experience as a lawyer in corporate law, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions, financial operations, and capital markets. Current Positions − Executive Legal Manager, responsible for Legal Advisory and Litigation matters, Compliance, and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). She is a member of Cosan S.A.’s Disclosure Committee.

Experiência Profissional − Professional experience in tax planning and advisory services, tax litigation, and auditing, with work carried out for financial institutions, Big Four firms, multinational companies in the industrial and commercial sectors, and a gas distribution company. Current Positions − He currently serves as Executive Manager of Controllership, Planning, and Tax Litigation.

Date of Birth: 02/08/1993 (33 years old) Academic Background − Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP) and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School Professional Experience − Worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan bank before joining Cosan. At Cosan, he worked in M&A and Strategic Planning, as well as in Business Development at Compass. Current Positions − Executive Manager of Financial Planning, M&A and Portfolio Management at Cosan S.A.
