Sustainability Committee

Corporate Governance

The Sustainability Committee is the body responsible for advising the Board of Directors in monitoring the strategy, establishing and fulfilling ESG commitments and goals, as well as promoting broad debate on trends involving topics such as climate change, diversity, sustainable development, and stakeholder engagement.

It can be composed of up to 4 members of the Board of Directors and chaired by an independent director. This committee is essential to add to the senior leadership’s vision on performance in Cosan’s environmental, social, and governance pillars.
