Compliance Committee

The Compliance Committee, which reports to the Audit Committee, consolidates the guidelines of Cosan’s Anticorruption Program in order to prevent, detect and remedy the risks related to compliance with laws and regulations from the viewpoint of ethics and integrity. It also deliberates on issues related to the Anticorruption Law arising from the Ethics Committees of subsidiaries.

The Compliance Committee shall be composed of the following members: Cosan’s Vice President of Legal Affairs; Cosan’s Vice President of Finance; Cosan’s Vice President of People; Cosan’s Executive Legal Manager; and Cosan’s Director of Audit, Internal Controls and Risk (Chair of the Committee).

Date of Birth: 08/09/1991 (33 years old) Education − Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with a postgraduate degree in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa – INSPER. Professional Experience − Worked in law firms in the areas of banking and capital markets from 2010 to 2015. At Cosan since 2015, with solid experience as a lawyer in corporate law, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions, financial operations, and capital markets. Current Positions − Legal Manager, responsible for the areas of Corporate, Contracts, and Capital Markets, and member of the Disclosure Committee at Cosan S.A.
Claudia Falcão da Motta	Member	05/15/2025	Indefinite
Date of Birth: 01 /15/1965 Academic Background Graduated in Psychology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), she holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from FDRH/RS and an MBA from the University of São Paulo (USP). She participated in the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD and completed the Senior Executive Program at the London Business School. Professional Experience With over 30 years of experience in the HR field, she served for 10 years as Corporate HR Director at Grupo Globo. Previously, she held HR and Organizational Development leadership roles at major companies such as Natura, Cielo, and Grupo Gerdau. Current Positions Vice President of People at Cosan since November 2024.
