The Compliance Committee, which reports to the Audit Committee, consolidates the guidelines of Cosan’s Anticorruption Program in order to prevent, detect and remedy the risks related to compliance with laws and regulations from the viewpoint of ethics and integrity. It also deliberates on issues related to the Anticorruption Law arising from the Ethics Committees of subsidiaries.
The Compliance Committee will have the following members: General Counsel of Cosan; Chief Financial Officer of Cosan; Director of Legal Compliance; and Audit and Risk Manager (chairman of the Committee).
