Sustainability Committee

Corporate Governance

The Sustainability Committee is the body responsible for advising the Board of Directors in monitoring the strategy, establishing and fulfilling ESG commitments and goals, as well as promoting broad debate on trends involving topics such as climate change, diversity, sustainable development, and stakeholder engagement.

It can be composed of up to 4 members of the Board of Directors and chaired by an independent director. This committee is essential to add to the senior leadership’s vision on performance in Cosan’s environmental, social, and governance pillars.

−  Independent member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Sustainability Committee of Cosan S.A.; member of the Global Council of News Corporation, its Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee in New York; member of the Global Council of Credit Suisse in Zurich; and member of the Board of Directors and coordinator of the Audit Committee of Suzano.

Social Work

− Founder of Conselheira101, dedicated to the development of Black women on boards; Global Advisory Council (GAC) of the Stanford University, California; and Instituto Atlántico de Gobierno, Madrid.
